I know it might be Customer Service policy (albeit a terrible one) but the only fault of the company I ordered from is partnering with AxleHire for deliveries. I'd run far away from any business that uses AxleHire which is sad because it's AxleHire's actual responsibility to deliver packages. If you can't do a job correctly, just don't.. Lately it is been saturated and hard to find car routes. They moved warehouse location to 10miles further and decreased the pay per route. Scheduling a route has become a disaster. I am sure there will be a class action lawsuit soon and the company will go bankrupt if they keep up their shady practices. What we do.
